FELT ROOFS. For felt roofs you must measure the area of your roof in metres squared. Measure the length and the width including up stands and overhangs and multiply to get the area. EPDM ROOFS. For epdm roofs you must measure the area of your roof in metres squared. Measure the length and the width including up stands and overhangs and multiply to get the area. The price is based on a one layer rubberbond epdm system which can be looked up on the web. 25 YEAR WRITTEN GUARANTEE.

TILED AND SLATE ROOFS. For tiled and slate roofs you must measure the area of your roof in metres squared or give us all measurements in lineal metres as seen below and specify what tile/slate you want putting back on which can be found on our product page. 20 YEAR WRITTEN GUARANTEE.

UPVC FASCIA, SOFFIT AND GUTTERING. For upvc fascia, soffit and guttering you must measure the length of the fascia as seen below.
